  • Remote Online Notary (aka RON) is the same as a traditional paper-based notarization, but much faster, easier and more secure. It allows a person to appear before a commissioned notary public in real-time using audio/video technology to get all documents notarized.

  • Yes! A document notarization online is legally valid & accepted in all 50 states. As it is just another method of performing notarizations, but with much better security and less errors.

  • Online notarizations are valid and enforceable all 50 states with their validity determined by applying the law of the notary’s commissioning state. As public officials of their state, notaries must perform notarizations in compliance with the laws of their state, and every state recognizes properly performed notarizations of other states.

  • 1.) The document(s) that need to be notarized.

    2.) A computer, iPad or smartphone with audio and video capabilities.

    3.) A valid government–issued photo ID.

    4.) A U.S. social security number for secure identity verification.

  • All valid IDs must be unexpired and have photographic image of your face.

    Suggested, acceptable forms of ID are: Driver’s license, Passport, State ID Card, Passport Card, Work Permits and/or Permanent Resident Card.

    If you've recently changed your name and it no longer matches the ID you're using for identity verification purposes, you must provide a secondary ID that reflects your new name. Your primary ID can have your former name as long as your secondary ID has your current name.

    Acceptable secondary forms of ID are: Social security card, U.S. Govt., government-issued visa, Birth certificate, Non-U.S./Canadian driver's license, Most recent, signed tax returns, Property tax bill, Voter registration card, Organizational membership card, Bank/investment/loan statements, Paycheck stub with name, Most recent W-2, Proof of Insurance (homeowners, vehicle, or renters insurance), Recent utility bill with your name on it.

  • We verify your identity through a multi-step identity verification process during which you must complete a set of questions generated from your personal information and an automated analysis of your government-issued ID.

  • While we do notarize most documents, there are certain documents that are restricted. Some documents with unique restrictions are: documents that are being submitted to a foreign embassy, certified copies of birth, marriage, or death certificates, or court-issued documents, wills, codicils & testamentary trusts, documents that appear to have been tampered with (cross-outs, white-outs, cut and paste, etc.) Form I-9, and documents in which the notary Is named or has a beneficial Interest.

  • Yes! We are happy to notarize your documents for use in another country. We can also facilitate an Apostille for you, if needed! Just let us know!

  • We do have different pricing for different types of notarization. General Notarizations vs Apostille, pricing differs.

    For general notarizations, a single document requiring one notary signature & seal is $25. Most documents require only one notary signature & seal. If the document requires more than one, we charge $25 for each.

    For documents with signature/initial flagging on 6+ pages, additional charges may apply per page.

  • No, we will only charge you a fee for the documents that we successful notarized.

  • Documents can be notarized quickly. For general notarization, it takes as little as 10-15 minutes.

  • Yes. Signers have the flexibility to complete a transaction together on a shared device, simultaneously on multiple devices, or in separate notary meetings. Each signer must complete the identification process separately and signers who miss the initial meeting can still get their signatures notarized in a subsequent notary meeting.

  • Yes. Witnesses who are physically with the signer can be added to the transaction by the notary during the notary meeting. They can not be added by the signer or the person creating the transaction.

  • Yes, all our notaries carry an errors and omissions insurance policy of $100,000.
